These terms are a general website summary. The written quote, project scope, invoice or separate agreement issued for a paid project takes priority where it contains more specific terms.

Services

MRX Digital provides async video editing, Shorts repurposing, thumbnail concepts and publishing support for creators and creator-led brands.

Quotes and project scope

Website prices are starting prices. The final quote depends on source footage volume, finished length, complexity, asset requirements, turnaround time, revisions and monthly capacity. Work begins only after the scope and payment terms are confirmed in writing.

Client materials and instructions

The client is responsible for supplying usable files, accurate instructions and timely consolidated feedback. The client confirms that they have the rights or permissions required for footage, music, images, logos and other supplied materials.

Revisions and scope changes

Standard scopes include the revision round stated in the quote. New creative direction, replacement footage, extra versions, additional revision rounds or other work outside the confirmed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

Delivery and delays

Delivery estimates start after the required files, instructions and payment are received. Delays in client feedback, missing assets, technical problems or material scope changes may move the delivery date.

Portfolio use

Client work is shown publicly only when permission has been granted. Any founding-project discount connected to a testimonial or case study will be confirmed in writing.

No performance guarantee

Editing can improve structure, pacing, clarity and presentation, but MRX Digital does not guarantee views, subscribers, watch time, CTR, revenue, sponsorships or platform distribution.
